Product Description
Sodium Stearate is the sodium soap of stearic acid — one of the most fundamental soap chemistry compounds, present in most hard bar soaps and many personal care formulations. As the principal ingredient in hard soap bars, sodium stearate contributes firmness, whiteness, and skin-conditioning properties. In cosmetics it is used as an emulsifier and thickener in creams, deodorant sticks, and shaving products. It is also used as a food additive and processing aid.
